Sterling Scott is a family business which is truly reflected in the way we conduct ourselves. We are a relatable, down to earth and approachable team. Tucked away in leafy Cranleigh, Tucker is the company dog and mascot.

Sterling Scott was established by Neil Rosoman in 1999. Prior to this, Neil obtained a wealth of knowledge and experience from roles at Albany Life. Neil’s vision for Sterling Scott was ‘helping deliver financial contentment’. This vision has been and continues to be at the core of everything we do.

In 2010 Neil’s daughter, Hayley joined Sterling Scott and is now the full-time adviser. Neil now works part-time and continues to provide invaluable knowledge and support, with particular focus on compliance.

We pride ourselves on being honest and trustworthy, with several client relationships lasting for over 30 years. Transparency is key, as well as providing clear and jargon free communications.

Combined, Neil and Hayley have 45 years of knowledge and experience to offer their clients. Our aim is to always act with integrity and allow clients to go at their own pace, never putting pressure on them.
